About Our Service
Let It Out is a paid emotional support and listening service. It is not therapy, medical care, counseling, or an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, are in immediate danger, or are in crisis, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Payments
Access to our call sessions requires payment. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. One-time sessions and membership plans are available. All payments are processed securely.
SMS/Text Messaging
When you call Let It Out, you may receive SMS text messages from us at the phone number you are calling from, including a secure payment link and service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or in violation of these terms.
No Guarantees
Our service provides emotional support and a space to be heard. We do not guarantee any specific outcome and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let It Out is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
